A precious human life

Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious life, I am not going to waste it, I am going to use all my energies to develop myself to expand my heart out to others, I am going to have kind thoughts towards others...I am not going to think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a spiritual and therapeutic healing practice,  a hands-on Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing, helping us to balance ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei -something mysterious, miraculous, and sacred-and Ki -the energy of the universe. So the Japanese words Reiki can be defined as a miraculous and sacred energy of the universe, which sustains all life.

Reiki can be complementary to other therapies, improving the results of any medical treatment, acting to reduce negative side effects, such as those from chemotherapy, surgery and invasive procedures.

Reiki has also been used in conjunction with psychotherapy to improve the healing of emotional trauma, depression, stress and other issues.

The Five Reiki Principles:
- Just for today, I will let go off my anger.
- Just for today, I will be free of worries and will be filled
   with gratitude.
- Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
- Just for today, I will be kind to people and every living
   thing.
- Just for today, I will give thanks for my many b
lessings.
